During the development project, I played a pivotal role in the marketing initiatives for a $35M redevelopment and re-branding endeavor. Overseeing 41 tenant improvement projects and aiding 5 major property enhancements, I effectively managed a $1.4M marketing budget. The results were substantial, marked by a successful property unveiling event that increased YTD traffic by 77% and tripled social media fans. Moreover, retailer sales saw a notable 8% increase, with sales volume rising by 14%. Orchestrating a $600K media campaign, I strategically placed media across 13 radio stations, 9 TV stations, 4 outdoor channels, 7 publications, 6 digital ad programs, and through direct mail. I also conceptualized unique activations including Style Boutique/Style Stage, Lucky Day Cards/Savings Brochures, and the Playarea Grand Opening for the connect!kid Zone, along with hosting a VIP Brunch to enhance the project's visibility and success.
